Business Development
Jorge Sariego is a Boston native who is a well-respected and widely recognized real estate broker & developer with a presence in markets across the Northeast, including New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. After leading a Boston-based construction company and real estate investment business, advising more than $335M in AUM with his father, Jorge shifted his focus to a broker role which he’s been serving for more than a decade, with over $500M in closed sales.

Chad Rivard is the Chief Executive Officer of Charles River Funding, where he leads with an entrepreneurial spirit and a client-first approach. With a successful background as a real estate developer, Chad has built and managed projects ranging from single-family homes to luxury estates, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges investors and property owners face.
Drawing on this experience, Chad founded Charles Eiver Funding to provide lending solutions that are straightforward, flexible, and built around real-world needs. Whether it’s for new developments, investment properties, new construction homes, or fix-and-flip projects, Chad is passionate about helping clients secure the financing they need to succeed. His hands-on leadership and focus on relationships have been central to the company’s growth and reputation for trust and reliability.
